VERY HELPFUL IN STOPPING THEFT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH OUR EMPLOYEES
This is the second year we have used American Force Private Security for our retail locations. The guards have been great. Very helpful in stopping theft and very professional with our employees. I will definitely use them again.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL
Sam Gal was absolutely wonderful as 24/7 Fire Watch was required at 1800 due to a fire riser leak on Veterans Day. which followed the Marine Corps Birthday. Sam was able to pull through to make this happen. First leak was repaired and called off at 1700 on the Wednesday, day before Thanksgiving. Not more than 15 minutes later a second leak was located and the 24/7 Fire Watch had to continue through the Thanksgiving Holiday. EVERY GUARD HAS GREAT MANNERS AND IS RESPONSIBLE
I needed to hire private security day of and was able to do so with this company. I was new to hiring security and the owners were very patient and accommodating to my needs. It’s been about a month now of me hiring them on a weekly basis and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The owners make sure you are satisfied and they also are good about taking care of their employees ( from what I can tell). Every guard I’ve had on duty has great manners and is responsible. Communication is very thorough and timely. I recommend this service and plan to continue using the service as well.

THERE'S NOTHING BETTER THAN PEACE OF MIND, 5 STARS!
Sam and his team were able to patrol my building the same day. I receive daily emails with images, geolocation, and time spent at the property. Our building was being vandalized and squatted in, thanks to AFPS I do not need to worry. I know Sam and his team have everything covered. There's nothing better than peace of mind, 5 stars!

Hayden has been in business over 40 years and we have never sought the service of a security company. However, after 40 years in one location, we found ourselves moving personnel and product to a new county. We began to inquire about security to secure our building, personnel, and property.
Although we received various bids for the business, American Force Security stood out as the most accommodating, knowledgeable and personable service provider. This made the decision very easy to partner with them. They took the time to walk us through the entire process of guards, rounds, shifts, etc. The complete set-up was very smooth and greatly appreciated considering we were in the midst of a highly stressful facility move.
I can't tell you how many employees have expressed how safe they feel with the security service in place. Especially during the date light savings hours when employee have to walk to their cars after dark. The reliability and profession presence of the guards has really improved moral.
The guards are professional in conduct and appearance (uniforms) – they are friendly and listen to the concerns of employees. Management is hands on and answers questions or concerns, quickly.
